Thomas C. Bills has a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana). He has 20+ years of experience in the financial markets ranging from working on the trading floors of the CME and CBOE, working in back-office operations, working in middle-office operations, managing a clearing department at an ECN, trading Nasdaq-listed securities for a proprietary trading firm, and trading various futures markets in his own account.
